26 Boven is a 30 sqm (323 sqft), 2-person studio on the 1st floor (EU, or 2nd floor US) access via the stairwell. The typical 19th century dike house is located near the city centre, romantic Amstel riverside boulevard, happening bars and restaurants,  and all public transport.
